CHEM 3442 - Experimental Biochemistry

This laboratory course includes representative examples of qualitative and quantitative methods used in modern biochemistry laboratories; UV-visible recording spectrophotometry, enzymatic assays, paper and ion-exchange chromatography, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, tissue homogenization, and differential centrifugation.  

Prerequisites: CHEM 2104  AND (CHEM 3303  OR CHEM 3013  ) AND (CHEM 3403  OR concurrent enrollment in CHEM 3403 ) all with a minimum grade of C
