CHEM 3403 - Biochemistry I

This course provides a study of the structural aspects, functions, and chemistry of proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, and carbohydrates. Topics includes enzyme kinetics, mechanism, and regulation, DNA replication, genetic engineering, and RNA and protein synthesis, biomembranes, bioenergetics, and an introduction to metabolism.
