ADED 5523 - Creative Supervision Skills

This course addresses the characteristics of an effective supervisor. Topics include motivating employees, appraisal of employees, building relationships within the organization, creating a positive work climate, making quality decisions, handling human resource problems, managing time and stress, setting priorities and demonstrating leadership skills. Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing.
