This course is designed to be a broad survey of the issues surrounding the fields of talent development and workplace learning. Using various readings, class discussions and student presentations, we will critically examine contemporary issues in such areas as diversity, equity, inclusion, life transitions, and other areas identified by the learner and relevant to their professional settings.
