NTRN 5653 - Advanced Food Science

This course examines major principles in food science, such as chemical ingredients of food, issues in food product development, sensory evaluation, microbiological concerns of food and food laws and regulations. Prerequisite(s): NTRN 4123. Enrollment open to Nutrition and Food Management majors only.
