MBA 5242 - Org Culture & Dynamics

Leading People in Organizations helps future managers explain and guide human behavior in organizations at individual, group, and organizational levels. In the new, knowledge economy, human capital is a source of competitive advantage for many organizations. As such, this course focuses on such topics as building a strong organizational culture, engaging in techniques to motivate personnel and lead teams. In addition, the course provides students a working knowledge of of several organizational behavior and leadership theories and how to use them inside organizations.
