AESS 4333 - Human Relations Training & Development

This course will examine the role of human relations in organizations with particular emphasis on the training and development function. Topics addressed include communications, attitudes, positive self-concept, communication styles, motivation, values, emotional control, positive reinforcement, team building, and conflict management. Through focused discussions and assignments students will gain an understanding of the various issues surrounding a global economy.
