THRT 3133 - Set Design

This course introduces students to the process and craft of designing stage scenery for theatrical productions. Study of design fundamentals and script analysis supplements practical exercises in research, conceptual proposals, rendering, drafting, and scale model construction. This course culminates in the presentation of a complete design package for a selected play script. Prerequisite(s): THRT 1253  and THRT 2153 .

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: THRT 1253  for undergraduate level with minimum grade of B AND THRT 2153  for undergraduate level with minimum grade of B
