ORGL 3113 - Foundations of Org Leadership

This course is an introduction to the Organizational Leadership Bachelor of Science program. Essential components will include: overview of program expectations; principles of adult learning and leadership; resources for success in an online learning environment; resources for conducting online library research; and leadership topics including leadership traits and styles. Students will complete a variety of assignments including a research paper in APA format. Prerequisite(s): Enrollment is open to Organizational Leadership majors only with junior standing or above.
