SCM 3313 - Principles of Operations & Supply Chain Management

This course is designed to acquaint the student with the areas of supply chain management and operations management. This is an overview course where students will learn methods to analyze processes with different levels of complexity and to improve business processes in both service and manufacturing sectors. Students are introduced to basic concepts in lean operations, quality control, and supply chain management.
