ENGR 4323 - Digital & Analog Communication


This course addresses selected theoretical and practical aspects of digital and analog communications systems such as amplitude modulation, frequency modulation, pulse code modulation, and multiplexing. It develops the engineering mathematics and techniques to describe the physical transmission of information over point-to-point links, taking account of channel characteristics and the presence of noise and distortion.  

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: ENGR 3323  with minimum grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Admission into the Engineering and Physics Upper Division is required.
