ENGR 3413 - Materials Science This course covers topics in engineering materials and their uses in engineering applications. Properties and structures of metals, ceramics, polymers, biomaterials and composites are discussed.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: PHY 2114 , CHEM 1315 both with minimum grade of C (CHEM 3513 can be replaced by CHEM 1103 and CHEM 1112 for students in biomedical engineering) AND (MATH 3103 with minimum grade of C OR concurrent enrollment in MATH 3103 )
Enrollment Restrictions: Admission into the Engineering and Physics Upper Division is required.
