ENGR 2203 - Thermodynamics This course provides an introduction to the laws of thermodynamics. Thermodynamic properties are defined that describe the behavior and state of systems. The laws of thermodynamics are applied to control masses and control volumes. Thermodynamic analysis is applied to a variety of standard thermodynamic devices and cycles.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: (CHEM 1315 OR CHEM 1103 ) AND CHEM 1102 AND CHEM 1223 AND CHEM 1232 AND ENGR 2033 with minimum grade of C AND (MATH 2343 with minimum grade of C OR concurrent enrollmelnt in MATH 2343 )
Concurrent Enrollment / Corequisites: Concurrent enrollment in ENGR 2203D is required.
Enrollment Restrictions: Sophomore standing or higher.
