DES 1412 - Fundamentals of Code Compliance

This course provides students with an introduction to building codes, regulations, ADA codes, life safety codes and assessments of access and human interaction with the built environment.  

Credit Hours: 2

Prerequisites: DES 1023 , DES 1033  AND DES 1121  all with minimum grade of C

Concurrent Enrollment / Corequisites: Concurrent enrollment in DES 1043  and DES 1053  is required.
