CMSC 1103 - Introduction to Computing Systems

This course includes the history of computers, microcomputers, stored program principles, hardware organization, number systems, types and uses of computers, programs and programming, terminology of the trade and an introduction to time-sharing.  

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: Two years high school algebra.
