CJ 4413 - Delinquent Child Law Delinquent Child Law is an in-depth study of the evolution of the laws affecting juveniles, Oklahoma and federal juvenile statutes, development of the juvenile court structure, terminology unique to the juvenile legal system and processes and legal procedures of juvenile courts in Oklahoma and the United States.
