CJ 4003 - Community Oriented Policing


Community Oriented Policing examines police and community collaboration to solve and prevent crime with a focus on police/community relations. The course explores the history, strategies, impacts, and fears that contribute to friction or cooperation between law enforcement and the community.  

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: ENG 1113 ENG 1213 CJ 1413  AND CJ 2653  

Enrollment Restrictions: Junior or senior standing required.
