BIO 4443 - Microtechnique and Laboratory

This course is an introduction to manual techniques of tissue processing and staining procedures along with microphotography, phase microscopy, and fluorescent microscopy. Student presentations of special projects are required.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisites: STAT 2103 and a minimum 12 hours of biology and writtten persmission of instructor

Notes: The course consists of one hour lecture and six hours laboratory per week.
