BIO 4134 - Developmental Biology And Laboratory


This course is an analysis of mechanisms of early development of invertebrates and vertebrates. Emphasis is on the cellular, molecular, and genetic study of the determination of the body plan, and morphogenesis of selected organs.  

Credit Hours: 4

Prerequisites: BIO 1224 BIO 2203  AND BIO 3303  all with minimum grade of C

Notes: The course consists of three hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week.
