BIO 3551 - Ecological Methods This course introduces students to field, laboratory, and computer-based methods in ecology. It includes the study of abiotic and biotic components of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. This course emphasizes common methods used in modern ecological studies of terrestrial and aquatic environments.
Credit Hours: 1
Prerequisites: BIO 1204 , BIO 1224 , (BIO 3543 OR concurrent enrollment in BIO 3543 ) AND STAT 2103 all with minimum grade of C
Notes: The course consists of three hours of laboratory per week, and many exercises will involve field trips.
