BIO 3023 - Plants And Society This course introduces students to important human - plant relationships and their impact on society. Coverage includes important world food crops; potential new crops; textiles; medicinal, herbal, and spice plants; esthetics uses; edible wild plants; poisonous plants; and plants as potential energy sources.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: 12 hours Biology including BIO 1204 AND BIO 1224 all with minimum a grade “C”.
