ART 3113 - Printmaking I

In this introductory course, students will learn about the basic printmaking disciplines of Intaglio, Relief, and Planography. Processes such as drypoint, linocut, monotype, and screen printing will be used. Students will focus on technique and conceptual development as they learn about printmaking’s history and cultural significance.

Prerequisites: ART 2903 with minimum grade of C OR ART 2012 with minimum grade of C

Enrollment Restrictions: Sophomore standing or above.
