Minimum Grade Requirements


  1. Average in (a) all college course work, (b) course work at UCO, and (c) major courses: 2.50
  2. A minimum grade of “C” must be earned in all courses in the major to count toward meeting degree requirements.

Accelerated Degree Pathway (ADP)


Students in the B.S. in Actuarial Science program are eligible to pursue an M.S. in Applied Mathematical Science degree or P.S.M. (Professional Science Master’s) in Computational Science - Computational Mathematics while still an undergraduate, which means that they can take courses that will count toward both the B.S. and M.S. or P.S.M. degrees. A formal application to the M.S. in Applied Mathematical Science or the P.S.M. in Computational Science-Computational Mathematics program and approval from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics are required.
