Introductory I History: 15 Credit Hours

Introductory II History: 6 Credit Hours

Museum Studies Courses: 21 Credit Hours

Museum Theory and Application: 12 Credit Hours

Elective History or Complementary courses: 9 Credit Hours

(These courses must be approved by Museum Studies Program Director.)

Advanced History: 12 Credit Hours

Category 1 (3/4000 level only): 6 Credit Hours

Complete 2 courses from the following:

Modern Language Requirement: 0-8 Credit Hours

All students completing a B.A. in History - Museum Studies shall complete the first two semesters of a second language. Students may alternatively fulfill the language requirement by proof of academic work in the second language (CLEP test through the Elementary II level, for example SPAN 1224), four years of high school language courses, or transfer work from another institution.
