BIO 5134 - Developmental Biology and Lab This course is an analysis of mechanisms of early development of invertebrates and vertebrates. Emphasis is on the cellular, molecular, and genetic study of the determination of the body plan, and morphogenesis of selected organs. It consists of three hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week. Completion of a course in Genetics is recommended. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Biology Graduate Program OR Permission of Instructor.
