LEAD 3611 - Building Effective Teams Building Effective Teams examines the processes involved in selecting, building, and maintaining strong teams. Issues under examination include but are not limited to team formation and selection, managing problem solving processes in teams, and information sharing in teams. This course has a particular focus on the role of teams in the knowledge economy. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing or above.
