CHIN 1224 - Elementary Chinese II

Elementary Chinese II serves as a sequel and continuing introduction to Chinese pronunciation, conversation, grammar, reading and writing.

Credit Hours: 4

Prerequisites: CHIN 1114 or two years of high school Chinese

Enrollment Restrictions: Heritage or native speakers of Chinese and students with four or more years of high school Chinese may not enroll in this course.

Notes: Students with two or more years of high school coursework in Chinese or heritage or native speakers must petition the Department of Modern Languages for enrollment in a 1000-level course in Chinese.
