AESS 4363 - Legal Issues in Employment

This course will identify potential legal issues which affect employees in the workplace. Topics addressed include employment and dismissal issues and legal issues related to contract and agent law, personnel management and labor relations.  

Credit Hours: 3

Enrollment Restrictions: Junior or senior standing.
