AESS 4323 - Motivation in the Workplace

This course will provide participants with an understanding of theories, models, and techniques for motivating adults. Learners will evaluate and analyze theories of adult motivation, compare and contrast motivation models used in learning and workplace settings, and demonstrate the ability to create motivational environments for adults.
